Why Study Atmospheric Physics?
The PhD in Atmospheric Physics offers excellent training in disciplines such as remote sensing, atmospheric modeling, and climate dynamics. Graduates frequently continue on to postdoctoral fellowships in academia, high-tech jobs in private industry, or roles in government labs or agencies such as NOAA and the National Center for Atmospheric Research.
