Arts+ Extravaganza

Celebrate the Arts at UMBC the evening on December 5, when we’ll present an extravaganza of concurrent events featuring dance, music, theatre, and the visual arts, including:
Vignettes in 3 Sessions: An Immersive Ancestral Experience with KaMag (María Magdalena Campos-Pons and Kamaal Malak) at the Center for Art, Design, and Visual Culture. Join us for a reception from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by the free performance at 7. lease visit here for additional information.
The UMBC Symphony Orchestra and UMBC String Chamber Orchestra, directed by Philip Mann, with violin soloist Airi Yoshioka in a performance of Glazunov’s Violin Concerto and other works. 7:30 p.m. in Linehan Concert Hall, free but ticketed. Please visit here for additional information.
