Abeo Quartet
Date: November 8, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Location: Earl and Darielle Linehan Concert Hall

The Shriver Hall Concert Series presents the Baltimore debut of the Abeo Quartet in a program featuring works by Johannes Brahms, Felix Mendelssohn and Adolphus Hailstork.
Formed at the Juilliard School, the Abeo Quartet was the inaugural Graduate String Quartet in Residence at the University of Delaware (2021–2023). Its accolades already include prizes at the Fischoff, Melbourne, and Yellow Springs competitions and performances at the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center. In this program, the Quartet channels its energies into the dramatic first quartets of Mendelssohn and Brahms and the distinctive voice of American composer Adolphus Hailstork.
Suggested donation: $10, general admission. For additional information, please visit the Shriver Hall Concert Series event page.
