The group works in partnership with select clients across campus to clarify needs and develop design and marketing strategies anchored by the mission of UMBC that meet their goals and objectives. Creative Studio Requests

Academic Program Requests
This form should be used to submit requests to change the academic program directory and/or pages listed on: https://umbc.edu/programs/, such as:
- Adding/Deleting/Updating a Program
- Changing Contact Information
- Updating Application Deadline or Requirement

Estimated turnaround for digital requests
In general, we ask for 2-4 business days after receiving final content for routine website updates or email campaigns. New and major website enhancement requests will require a customized plan, beginning at 10 business days. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure issues marked as “urgent” will receive same or next day attention.
