About
Kerstin Schreiber is an interdisciplinary expert in social sustainability, blending backgrounds in business (Organizational Development), urban and regional geography, and climate resilience and adaptation. She earned her PhD from McGill University in 2023, focusing on agri-food supply chains. Currently, she’s involved in applied research on reducing health disparities among vulnerable communities post-natural disasters, collaborating closely with local NGOs and US federal agencies. As a freelance grant consultant, she is helping climate-tech startups in the US to obtain necessary funding for their research and development efforts.She's worked across Germany, Sweden, France, the United States, and Canada, gaining experience in startups, multinational corporations, universities, and research institutes.
