To celebrate the life of our colleague and friend Judy Shinogle, the Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research, and the Department of Public Policy, will hold a memorial service on Tuesday, June 26 from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Commons Skylight Room. There will be an opportunity for members of the audience to share their memories of Judy.
