This talk explores the beliefs, language and community practices that fused an interracial circle of spiritualists at 36 Sophia Street, the home of Isaac and Amy Post in Rochester, NY. Kimberly Patrick ’08, music, is a sound editor, sound designer, and foley artist for film and television and is currently working for Skywalker Sound in Los Angeles. Maia Schechter ’18, dance, is currently performing with Disney’s The Lion King: The North American Tour at venues across the U.S. and is represented by Clear Talent Group.
