About
I received my BA in French and Education from Kent State University, then went on to teach English in France (all levels and ages) from 2006-2010, while also earning my MA in French literature from the Université of Bordeaux. I completed my PhD in French at Johns Hopkins University in 2017, then held subsequent positions as Visiting Assistant Professor at Hamilton College, Visiting Assistant Professor and Faculty Program Director of St. Edward's University's study abroad location in Angers, France, and Visiting Assistant Professor at the College of Wooster before joining UMBC as Assistant Teaching Professor and Coordinator of the French language area of MLLI.Research interests
