About
I received my PhD in economics from Michigan State University in 1996. I taught at Geneva College from 1994-1997. I started teaching at UMBC in 1998. In 2012 I was hired as a full time lecturer/adviser for the UMBC economics department. In August, 2019 I was promoted to associate chair and scheduling coordinator of the UMBC Economics Department.Research interests
My research interest pertains to globalization and the resulting effect on income distribution in developed countries.Teaching interests
