After seven (7) years in the Defense Industry, I have accumulated over 25 years of experience in University research administration. I provided financial and administrative oversight of international support offices and sub-recipients located in Africa, Central America and Asia. I have established and managed offices of Sponsored Programs, Research Compliance, as well as technology protection and commercialization. I have successfully negotiated multiple international agreements, participated on review panels, taught, and have consulted in several areas associated with research administration.
