We will launch Honoring the Potential, partnering with educators, communities, and families in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and beyond as we commit to the long-term educational success of Marylanders, from their earliest years through college completion. We will envision and develop a transformative new ecosystem that invests in public educators, strengthens student supports, and advances policies and practices through educational research. We will honor the potential of students and help them envision their paths to and through college and career.
