Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics Dr. Charles Brown appeared
on Maryland Public Television’s “State Circle” program on Friday, June 29.
Dr. Brown discussed the effect that Title IX has had on intercollegiate
athletics with host Jeff Salkin. The 30-minute program will be available
