Why Minor in Music?
Develop your musical skills and learn more about music history and appreciation.
With a minor in music, you will learn about music theory and topics in music history, such as Black music, jazz, rock ‘n’ roll, music in wartime, or women in music. Deepen your craft through private lessons and ensemble performances among the many musical groups on campus. A minor in music does not require an audition.
