Welcome to the UMBC Voices Against Violence website!

The Voices Against Violence program seeks to create a safe and supportive community for women and men. The program provides two key services:

  • to address several aspects of sexual and domestic violence from an educational and preventive approach,
  • and to further a coordinated collaboration with all members of the university community to respond to and educate about every aspect of sexual violence.

If you or someone you know has experienced a form of relationship or sexual violence, please access the following documents for reporting procedures:

You may also contact University Police (5.5555), The Counseling Center (5.2472) or University Health Services (5.2542), who can assist you as well.

In addition, if you are in an abusive relationship please utilize the
UMBC Domestic Violence and Abusive Relationships Safety Plan Resource Document.
