Assist and provide direct support to the Assistant Vice Provost. Extend collegial administrative support to assist the department as a whole. Back-up support to the Executive Administrative Assistant and the Dean and Vice Provost when needed. Responsible for financial management in accounts payable /receivable, procurement, travel, reimbursement payments and all departmental purchasing. Oversee, supervise and manage all aspects of student assistant employees. Manage logistics and details for meetings and programs through effective planning and scheduling for successful final execution. Design artistic and creative invitations and special occasion cards. Write memorandums, emails and other final source documents.
