The secret is out. Study groups can actually be really helpful. Ask your professors about study guides and see if she or he would make an announcement to the class about forming a group. Just remember the more people you gather, the more brains you'll have available to tackle the material.

Become a member of the O-Team, which consists of student leaders for Orientation Course Selection Day, Welcome Week and Introduction to an Honors University courses. The overriding role of the O-Team is to be a source of support and information for new freshman / transfer students.

Do you need assistance in preparing your abstract for UCAD? This Friday, on February the 8th between Noon and 1:00 p.m. an URCAD Abstract Workshop will be held in Academic IV-A Room 114B. URCAD features research, scholarship, and creative work carried out by UMBC undergraduates. Student work is shared through oral presentations, posters, artistic exhibits and performances, and film.
