Human Relations Manager

Stephanie Lazarus has worked within the Office of Human Relations for over ten years, and she has extensive experience handling matters related to conflict resolution, discrimination, sexual harassment/sexual assault/relationship violence, and retaliation in addition to her prior work with several area law firms and higher education. She coordinates and advises on matters involving equity and inclusion in addition to overseeing several campus training initiatives, including sexual harassment prevention, disability accommodation, sexual assault awareness and response, and employment discrimination prevention. She works with federal and state compliance requirements for the university, including the affirmative action plan, Title IX and ADA issues.
