Hello, my name is Jordan and I'm a junior at UMBC. My major is Biology with a focus in pre-dentistry and I hope to someday open my own dental practice. I'm very involved on campus with organizations such as the honors college, pre-dental society and the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, so be sure to say "hi!" if you see me around!

I completed MATH 150 with Professor Raji Baradwaj during my first summer semester. I hope to help my peers exceed her expectations with SI lessons focused on gaining a greater understanding of the material through group work and practicing techniques to alleviate the anxiety many of us feel when faced with difficult math problems!

I am a senior student majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular biology. I enjoy extracurricular activities such as playing basketball and tennis.

Math is a very challenging subject, which is used in many different fields. I recently took Math 150 with Professor Raji Baradwaj. I did very well in her class, and was given an opportunity to be part of SI program. This is my second semester being part of SI, which is a very helpful program to many students. SI helps student to learn useful strategies and different ways to apply them to study course content. I enjoy helping my peers facilitate effective study techniques both individually and as part of study groups. SI has given me a great opportunity to share my knowledge and interact with the professor and students, and I have enhanced my leadership skills as well.
