This is the installation guide for Crystal Reports XI

  1. Follow the on screen instructions and enter a proper license key. Note of the directories being used.

  1. Restart to complete the installation
  2. Navigate to I:\Information Technology\Software\Crystal Reports on the I: Drive. Unzip the file called uflcaps.exe
  3. Copy the two dll files to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin\
  4. Open up Crystal Reports and go to File > Log on or off server... > Add RDO - Graduate
