Get Started By Reserving Your Space Today

Set-up for the event will be similar to a Career Fair with each participating company hosting a table.  The event provides a great opportunity for you to introduce students to your company and recruit possible candidates.

Funding from the Alex. Brow Center for Entrepreneurship will be available to each company recruiting an intern from UMBC.  If you place an intern, the Kauffman Foundation will fund 50% of the student stipend for your candidate.  Through the UMBC Entrepreneur Intern Program, students will work 12 to 15 hours per week for a total of 150 hours.  These students will be compensated through the University at a stipend rate of $2,500.  Estimated company contribution equals $1,250 per intern- approximately $6.94 per hour.
