Paid Internship with Maryland Public Television's MotorWeek

MPT recently obtained a grant from the US Department of Energy and are offering a paid internship for the spring semester. This is a 20-hour per week contractual position. The salary is $15.00 per hour. The 16-week internship will begin on January 10, 2011.

This is an ideal opportunity for a student to learn more about television production as well as alternative fuels and clean transportation.

The selected candidate will assist MotorWeek in the research and production of broadcast feature segments, web-only content and other video materials related to alternative fuels, advanced electric drive and other clean transportation topics. In addition, this person will assist with other areas of the MotorWeek production as needed, including Road Tests, Goss’ Garage, Clean Cities Success Stories, etc.
