TITLE: HTML EMAIL ARTIST
The Role:
The HTML EMAIL ARTIST will work closely with the design team, user experience director, and consumer marketing team in the production and creation of all marketing & servicing emails.
What You’ll Do:
• Work with and as a team in all facets of the "User Experience Team" while being able to take constructive feedback and direction
• Code and develop email templates to support marketing campaigns and customer service communications
• Work closely with designers to edit and revise Photoshop documents to produce graphical email assets
• Participate in e-mail related meetings from scheduling to brainstorming sessions
• Present new technologies and solutions to enhance existing in-house processes
What You Need to Bring:
• At least two (2) years of professional experience; E-mail design experience is a must
• Experience in coding of HTML E-mails and CSS; ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions
• Firm understanding of interactive design principals and email best practices
• Analytical and creative thinker with excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Expertise in Photoshop as it pertains to the creation E-mails
• Knowledge of dynamic and web 2.0 technologies a plus
• Web Site GUI design interface experience a plus
