To regenerate or not to regenerate? A tale of the lateral line in zebrafish
Martine Behra
Dr. Behra is a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Shawn Burgess in the Genome Technology Branch of the National Human Genome Research Institute in Bethesda, MD. The laboratory studies hair cell regeneration in zebrafish (Danio rerio) in an effort to understand the gene network activated in inner ear stem cells during regeneration. Her host is Rachel Brewster.
