My research has touched on many areas of neuroscience, including sensory biophysics, axoplasmic transport, electrophysiology of identifiable neurons, neuronal cytoskeletal ultrastructure, and animal communication.

In my current position as Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, I do not manage a research program.
